There are a few ways you can organise the rental of a storage unit with us. You can call us directly to discuss your requirements, you can visit the store during our trading hours or you can submit an email request for a specific size. Our storage consultants will always check with you that the size you have selected is suitable for you.

You will need photographic identification with a signature on it, such as your driver's licence or passport and a contact address and phone number where we can reach you if needed. You will also need to either bring a padlock for your unit or you can purchase a padlock from our store. You will be required to sign an industry standard storage agreement which details many of the items discussed here. Our staff will take all the time necessary to review and explain the storage agreement with you.

Yes! You can purchase a wide range of packaging materials from boxes to plastic covers and tape at our facility. Alternatively, you can shop online by going to your nearest stores webpage on the Storage King website.
Yes! Storage King can provide Insurance cover through an insurance broker for your goods whilst they are in storage. See in store on how to set this up.
Our stores have 3-ton truck and trailers, which you can use with a standard driver's licence to help you move in. Contact your store to book this service or for further information.
