What information do I need to provide in order to get a quotation?
Location of pickup and delivery address, access details for both locations e.g. stairs or steep driveways etc., an inventory of all items to be moved, an approximate date for the move.
Am I covered by insurance?
Included in our price, is a transit insurance which covers for any incident involving the truck ,e.g. collision, fire, overturning, flood, etc. Additional insurance is required for breakage, scratching etc. however; this may sometimes be covered by your own contents insurance. Please ask for any additional information.
What items cannot be stored?
Items cannot be stored includes: Perishable food products, Flammable liquids including mower fuels and gas bottles.
Do you provide after hour service?
We are very flexible with picking up calls from our customers twithin sensible hours.
