It is a brand new storing facility which has all of your storing needs covered. We are close to the M1 Highway for easy access and conveniently located near Caloundra, Maleny, Beerwah and the South end of the Sunshine Coast. We have a range of container sizes including 10ft, 20ft and 40ft high cube containers as well. All you need to do is fill them with your belongings and reclaim your garage space.<br></p><p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);text-align: justify;"><strong>Pack it yourself removals</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>is easy, simply call us and we’ll come to your home and deliver one of our A grade 20 ft (6 mtrs) storage containers. Pack your belongings at your own pace, whether it takes you a day a month, take as much time as you need to pack it full. When you’re ready we will collect and reload the storage container onto our truck then we can either deliver it to your new address anywhere from Caboolture to Gympie and as far west as Kenilworth. They have small vents in them to allow some air flow.</p><h3>What happens if I do not pay my rent?</h3><p>Rent is paid monthly in advance. If rent is not paid according to the terms of the Self-Storage Agreement we may be forced to sell the contents of the storage space to recover debt. A $20 late fee applies for every 7 days if payment is overdue.</p><h3>How often can I access my space?</h3><p>You can access your goods 365 days a year, 7 days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 24 hour access can be provided in special circumstances.</p><h3>Do you have a courtesy trailer?</h3><p>Yes, we have a 7ft x 4ft caged trailer, available for customers free of charge to move your goods into your space on the day. If you would like to hire it to move your goods out of the facility a $50 fee applies to use for the day.</p><h3>Is the facility secure?</h3><p>At Container Hire & Storage Sunshine Coast, your security is our highest priority and we strive to provide a secure facility for your valuable items. We have an on-site caretaker, CCTV with the latest back to base monitoring, sensor lights, secure fencing, and a 6 ft gate controlled by pin code access.</p>
