The credit card provider must also present his/her drivers licence for adequate identification. This is a policy stipulated by our insurance company to ensure that the hirer has a credit reference.</p><h3>When do I pay for my rental?</h3><p>Payment is to be made in full upon collection for the estimated charges based on the advised rental duration. This amount is 'estimated' only as rental periods, vehicles usage and optional extras may be altered during the course of the rental.</p><h3>How can I pay?</h3><p>Rent Me Trucks accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCards and attract a 1.7% surcharge. You can also pay cash upon return and full amount taken from credit card will be refunded.</p><h3>What is the cost of extra kilometres?</h3><p>C Class    20c per kilometre MR Class 25c per kilometre</p><h3>Where you can/ cannot drive the vehicle</h3><p>You and any Authorised Driver must only use the Vehicle on a road which is properly formed and constructed as a sealed, metalled or gravel road. You and any Authorised Driver must not, unless authorised in writing by Rent Me Truck Hire, drive or take the Vehicle: (a) to Kangaroo Island, Bruny Island or Fraser Island; (b) into or out of the Northern Territory, Tasmania or to any points in Western Australia  north of Carnarvon;</p><h3>Where you can/ cannot drive the vehicle</h3><p>c) in Queensland:(1) Highway No.27 beyond Chillagoe in a westerly direction;(2) Highway No. 1 beyond Normanton in a southerly direction; and no further North than Karumba(3) if the Vehicle is a passenger vehicle or truck, beyond Cooktown to the North or Lakeland to the West and no further north than Cape Tribulation on the coast road.(4) On the coast road from Helensvale to Cape Tribulation, or from Laura to Lakeland,</p><h3>Where you can/ cannot drive the vehicle</h3><p>(d) above the snow line in Tasmania, New South Wales and Victoria (being Jindabyne in New South Wales and Bright in Victoria) from the beginning of June until the end of September (e) on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water</p><h3>What if I have to cancel a booking is there a fee?</h3><p>Cancelled 7days or less of collection - 50% of Gross Total</p>
